With the woes of the week weighing down on us all, it is fair to say that we could all use some escapism. And, ethereal artist NAVA is here to provide us with just that. Dropping her atmospheric new cut, “Respiro”, the artist invites us to fall helplessly into her other-worldly realm as ambient production and the artist’s angelic-yet-twisted tone culminate in a tune sure to transcend you out of the depths of this world.

And while the track is something to phone home about, you will also be delighted to know that “Respiro” is just a taste of what is to come. With the experimental singer lending her out-of-the-box mind to the upcoming 4-piece EP, “NAFAS”, it becomes clear that she is looking to welcome listeners into her trippy world this year, one filled with sizzling synths and the warped sounds dreamlands are made of.

“[The creation of] ‘NAFAS’ has been a journey,” explains NAVA when thinking about her new release. “It took me back to my roots, it allowed me to experiment as freely as I wanted, going back to basics and yet finding a whole new world through the different languages I explored. Language is a huge influence on me and I’m so excited to have placed a spotlight on it in this EP.”
