We’ve been imploring for this trailer for a hot minute, and finally Netflix have delivered the full-length trailer for Don’t Look Up. Opening up the hotly-anticipated trailer is Leonardo Dicaprio’s character, Dr. Randall Mindy, standing next to Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence), with a look of disbelief. “This is not real,” is the first thing we hear him say. Indeed, none of this film feels real – from Meryl Streep playing the President of the United States and the mother of Jonah Hill, to Ariana Grande sharing a scene with Leo DiCaps, via Timothée Chalamet sporting a mullet (yes, you heard that right), there’s plenty of see-it-to-believe-it moments and unexpected duos.

The film follows DiCaprio and Lawrence as two astrologers who have discovered a comet orbiting within the solar system – the only issue is that it’s heading straight to earth. Travelling around the United States to convince their peers that their hypothesis is true, and there’s only six months to spare, Oscar-winning director Adam McKay’s new movie promises raucous laughter and lots of nail-biting.

It feels like Christmas Day is arriving slightly earlier this year, as the much-anticipated Don’t Look Up is crashing onto Netflix and select UK cinemas on December 24th.
