Whether we’re baking mountains of bread or learning the latest TikTok dance, we’ve all been picking up brand new hobbies during lockdown. And Nicolas Ghesquière is no exception.

Having tried his hand at photography for ’s fall campaign, the creative director is embracing new-found skills once again to shoot this season’s vibrant portrait gallery. And he’s invited a whole new host of friends and muses to mark the occasion.

Armed with the latest leather goods from the Spring-Summer 2021 collection, athletes, models, actors and musicians pose candidly in their individual colourful boxes. Chloe and Halle Bailey, BlacKkKlansman actor Laura Harrier, Sophie Turner, tennis champion Naomi Osaka, Oscar-winning actress Emma Stone, and lest we forget generational icon Jaden Smith – each model was hand-picked by Ghesquière for their personality and uniqueness. As a cast, they collectively embody the freedom and boldness of the French fashion house’s boundary-pushing bags – which cut across both gender and style.
