“On a sunny day it happened to me…” That’s the intro to the new video for Hervé’s ‘Gold’, and its blissfully muddled, downtempo beat instantly plunges you into a sun-filled, cloudless

dream soundtracked by the sweet mutterings of 100% Silk artist Maria Minerva. Directed by Tim Kelly, who’s recently shot with Grimes and Austra, we’re closing our eyes and pretending it’s summer already. The track is taken off Hervé’s new full-length album, The Art Of Disappearing, which promises to swap the beatmaker’s rave sounds for something lighter and more delicate. We’re game.
