Well, it’s officially (hopefully) time. Billboards have popped up around major cities — Toronto, LA, London, and New York, amongst others — that leave Billie Eilish fans questioning if a new era is amongst us. In deep blues that match the star’s recent social media profile photos, the cryptic boards read phrases (lyrics?) such as “she’s the headlight and I’m the deer,” “I try to live in black and white, but I’m blue,” and “did I cross the line?”.
Wonderland.

Though they don’t mention the artist by name, they feature her classic ‘BLOHSH’ symbol — having us believe that the campaigns are undeniably hers. With all these blue hues and references, is it safe to assume that we’ll be getting the official version of her viral unreleased track, “True Blue”? Only time will tell.
