Since being formed six years ago, All Points East has become a staple of the music festival season in the UK. Across a selection of days that celebrate the very best of various genres and movements, the festival has gone from strength to strength, drawing eclectic crowds and blockbuster line ups.
As they gear up for another huge summer of live music, APE have announced their headline and first wave of acts for Saturday 19th August 2024. The headliner in question is none other than Loyle Carner, one of the most ubiquitous and cherished artists that London has to offer. Fresh from his seminal third LP, hugo, the rapper and visionary had a busy summer of performances this year which included a triumphant Glastonbury set, with next year’s APE appearance set to be his only in the UK next summer.
Joining Carner on a star-studded line up is US rap pioneer Nas, Mercury-prize winning jazz act Ezra Collective, Leicester’s smoothest crooner Sainté, industry favourite ENNY, and UK and US underground rap legends Joe James and Navy Blue. A mouthwatering collection of the best Hip Hop and Jazz artist in the UK and beyond, APE looks set to augment their already fantastic ethos and cement themselves as London’s leading festival.
