As the Afro scene rises within the Western music industry, scores of talented artists rise with it – not least Midas the Jagaban. Quickly making a statement in ’20 with “Come We Bill Ehh”, an effort that stormed to TikTok virality, the British-Nigerian artist gained plaudits aplenty with her concise and avant garde approach and effortless blend of styles.

Following an extended hiatus, Midas has now returned with a sharpened sound and new found focus, announcing a highly anticipated EP, “Midas Touch EP Vol 2: Return Of The Mask”, set for release in November. Alongside the news, we have been blessed with a fresh offering, “More Vibes More Money”, which we are overjoyed to be premiering!

The track brings a dazzling, effervescent gusto that drives forward the infectious energy of Midas. Produced by Diquenza, the Afro-infused production is celebratory and concise, with Midas’ energy, charisma and meticulous craft matching the vibrant instrumental.
