Emerging from the ranks of alternative R&B, singer-songwriter and producer Mileena plucks from a multitude of influences to concoct a sound that feels instinctive and encompassing. A personal, honest writer and expressive producer, the soulstress was first heard on Soundcloud back in 2016, and has since released two EPs and an album, swiftly building a fan base and sonic identity.

Now returning with a new EP, “Time Spent Running”, we have had the clearest indicator to date of Mileena’s soaring talent. Standout offering, “Another” takes listeners on a slick, atmospheric quest into the mind of the artist, whose incandescent vocality and sharpened narrative convey her thought process and musical manifesto of Mileena.

Speaking on the EP release, Mileena comments, “”Time Spent Running” was so much fun to make! We’d just spent so much time working on the album [her self-titled LP], that it only made sense to pop another project out with songs that felt a little closer to who I am now.”
