Penelope’s is an Israeli-Spanish fusion restaurant and immersive dining experience that pairs its spectacular menu and drinks list with electric DJs. Black and gold design featuring a wrap-around bar, disco balls, and club night photographs adorn the space, which can seat up to 160 guests. Moving up to the seventh floor, the rooftop bar overlooks the city’s skyline. With signature cocktails such as The Rooftop, a combination of elderflower-infused Grey Goose vodka, Chambord, and champagne, guests can watch the sunset while sipping delicious concoctions.
