Hips, a project created by Swedish songwriter and producer Luki, began out of frustration with the lack of “happy” music in the mainstream scene. Craving something new to listen to, he decided to create it himself. Using the name Hips, which came from the idea that all movement begins with the hips, Luki covers his face and lets the music speak for itself. With a sole mission to make his listeners feel good and dance, he is a breath of fresh air and a one-of-a-kind artist.

Hips’ newest single, and its accompanying music video, follows the success of his debut EP Swoon. Titled “Gimme Gimme”, the track is a glorious alt-pop release that takes you to another world.
