The second single from his self-run label, 100 Collective, “Easy” is the latest laid-back anthem from hip-hop artist, Teon Gibbs. Inspired by the familiar favourite of the friends-to-lovers pipeline, the singer describes a relationship that “snapped into place and felt easy”, the mellow melodies mimicking the artist’s cool, carefree vibe and optimistic attitude.

“‘Easy’ is meant to feel like floating, kind of embodying the joy of a new relationship with someone and trying to hold on to those moments of new love,” the artist explains, describing the “pure synergy” that leads to this milestone moment in his career.
