With sustainability at the core of Native and Miers’ ethos, the menu was designed to encourage the Aparthotel guests to source the recipes’ ingredients from local suppliers, and utilise the fully-equipped kitchens the Native apartments offer. Miers’ three recipes incorporate flavors from Mexico and the Middle East.
