After a year of viral TikTok tunes and stints on magazine covers – such as our very own Summer 22 issue – you’d assume that Jack Harlow would be looking to wind down. But, this is not his truth. In fact, he is looking to do the opposite, and his latest display at London’s Wembley OVO arena is proof of this.

Last week, the year’s hottest rapper graced the UK with his melodic flows and undeniable charm as he took to one of London’s most coveted stages in a bid to put on a show. And, a show is exactly what we got. Hoards of fangirls and rap fanatics alike filtered through the arena’s doors on Friday evening, in the hopes of catching a glimpse of the Louisville native in action, and from the nostalgia evoked courtesy of Fergie’s “Glamorous” samples that litter “First Class”, to a live rendition of his career-defining “WHATS POPPIN”, they were not disappointed.

And while Jack’s presence alone was enough to raise hysteria throughout the evening’s course, the rapper did not intend for the spectacle to cease there. Calling on British rap giant, Dave, to put on a performance of his smash hit “Starlight”, two spheres of the rap game collided, in beautiful unison.

Best described as a tour through Harlow’s impressive discography, his latest show paid homage to the unwavering talent of the rapper that has catapulted him to the peak of the zeitgeist, and we were all invited to dance along in the process.
