The multihyphenate moves between endeavours such as writing columns, executive producing, songwriting, and even creating music himself. So it comes as no surprise that he felt compelled to compile all of this knowledge in one neat package.

Quin’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to take an educational approach to his first podcast “Hustle Inspires Hustle” – opting to invite not only musicians as guests, but also those involved in the behind the scenes of the industry. Broadcasted to over 95 countries, listeners are imparted with a wealth of knowledge – which is an invaluable asset when embarking on or navigating a creative career. What sets Quin’s interviewing abilities apart, however, is the way that he builds a full picture of his guests. Broaching questions such as personal background, and predictions for the future of music’s landscape – this host is unafraid to dig a little deeper.

Hailing from Colombia, his Latin roots have firmly planted themselves in the ground in terms of his career’s focus. Having interviewed a myriad of Latin icons as well as newcomers, such as Zion y Lennox and Dimelo Flow, Quin has all his bases covered. This new endeavour, “Detrás del Éxito”, opens him up to an even larger audience – allowing him to connect with the wider Latino diaspora. With an abundance of experience in many of the industry’s moving parts – we were lucky to be able to sit down with Quin and pick apart his mind. Hopefully some of his brilliance rubs off on us!

How has this past year been for you?
This year has been incredible. It’s been filled with many blessings and lessons. I’ve been able to grow exponentially personally and professionally. For that I’m thankful! Launching “Detrás del Éxito” has definitely been a challenge. Speaking in Spanish on camera is something that’s very new for me but it comes naturally and I was blown away when I was approached by the content team at RichMusic and Morplay Academy for a collaboration.

Tell us about your podcast-turned-company “Hustle inspires Hustle”?
Thankfully it’s been a hit. My team and I have been able to grow it from a podcast into an international event platform and info product company. We focus on mentoring entrepreneurs by sharing real-world knowledge from certified experts through easy-to-learn resources. My favourite part of the journey has been sharing one on one time with some of the brightest minds in their respective industries and learning from everyone from billionaires to CEOs – it has been extremely rewarding but the biggest takeaway was being able to share all these golden nuggets of information with my growing audience.

What messages do you hope listeners will take away from your interviews?
To listen more and talk less. Remember that we are never finished learning. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and learn new things.

You’re also a musician, how do you represent yourself within the Latin Entertainment industry?
As someone who goes the extra mile and operates through transparency, honesty, and empathy. With me, what you see is what you get. You can’t put a price on authenticity. This has allowed me to build great relationships. I want to be a good example to entrepreneurs that follow.

What next about your career are you most excited about?
In 2022, I published the first paperback Digital Marketing Dictionary of its kind which inspired me to dive deeper into my journey as an educator In early 2023, I will be launching my second book aimed at teaching the ins and outs of marketing products, services, and personal brands on the internet.
