Portland-based duo, New Constellations, comprised of Harlee Case and Josh Smith, detail the importance of preserving room for love in latest track “Hot Blooded”. The pair, along with the masterful touch of video director and editor Travis Abels who’s worked on the likes of MacBeth, Bridgerton and Westworld, bring their statuesque and compelling debut single to life via neon and pastel palettes in their debut music video, which sees them journey through literal incarnations of the seven chakras.

An otherworldly, futuristic adventure into the mind of one of the industry’s most mesmerising new acts, the video is just another hallmark of the pair’s flair, which makes a takeover of international playlists appear imminent. Virtual band Gorillaz, for instance, recently added New Constellations to their “G-Mix 17 by Noodle” editorial playlist – just one in a list of milestones achieved since the year began, with a sell out gig at Portland’s Mission Theatre under their belt too.
