With his “PHA$E” EP having just dropped, Dublin-raised artist, AikJ, is looking to keep on with his upwards trajectory with the visual release of his single “Phases”. Since releasing “Suit Life” in 2016, AikJ has been an active force within the musical sphere which is something that has contributed to his rise and rise through the ranks, gathering him fans and endless streams along the way. And this is a journey that is only set to continue thanks to then newly-released visuals, sun-soaked and summer-ready.

“We shot this visual in Malta recently and almost got gunned down by someone who apparently owned a piece of the mountain. ‘Phases’ has been something I’ve been hoarding to deliver for years, who says I wouldn’t die for my art,” he explains.

Grabbing our attention with awe-invoking landscapes – the type to have you lusting over a getaway – and maintaining it through intimate choreographed storytelling, the video is one brimming with raw emotions.

With the highly-anticipated EP having brought with it R&B synths and dance-worthy beats, it is safe to assume that AikJ is serving up the sounds of the summer.
