Nestled away in the sleek heart of Bishopsgate Plaza, the East London-based location opts for flowerbed-lined window sills and pristine marbled floors to house the new culinary experience, a beautiful nod to the delicate delights that lie within the glass cases inside. Dreamed up by world-renowned pastry chef, Cherish Finden, on offer is a fine selection of Petit Gateauxs, including an ode to her mother – aka Handbag – the Chocolate TeaPot and much much more – the perfect summer snacks, if you ask us.

Speaking on her newest venture, the chef explained, “In Singapore the word SHIOK! conveys a feeling of pure pleasure and happiness and this is what I want to capture. The patisserie is going to be somewhere you will want to bring your loved ones, any time throughout the day for an out-of-this-world pastry. I’m so looking forward to Londoners experiencing what we have in store.”
