Yes, fashion is about the looks, the glamour and the internet-shattering collections. But, as we have welcomed a younger, socially-conscious generation into the sphere, the world of fashion has also evolved to focus on giving back to the communities in which they operate in. And, Gucci‘s latest venture is proof of this.

With Alessandro Michele lending his unparalleled eye to a new capsule in collaboration with LA-hailing brand Total Luxury Spa, the Italian luxury house has unveiled “UNA-Tools of Love & Mindfulness” – a blend of bold aesthetics and a powerful message. With the collection centring itself around the purity of love and life, shoppers have been treated to an array of nature-centric and slogan-adorned causal wear served up by the critical thinking label, all of which are irresistibly inductable into any wardrobe.

While the themes surrounding the new collection are already steeped in meaning and multi-layered purpose, this is not where Gucci or Total Luxury Spa plan on stopping when it comes to their community-driven efforts. Looking to donate proceeds from the capsule’s profits towards Hillcrest Elementary School, an institution that prides itself on championing the inner-city children of LA, and their horticultural initiatives, it becomes clear that this is a venture focused on purely on giving back.

Should you want to discover more about this heart-warming initiative, Total Luxury Spa’s founder, Daniel DeSure, will be joining broadcaster Shahidha Bari for a candid conversation on the Gucci Podcast.
