In case you didn’t know, Valentine’s Day is around the corner and kick-starting the vibes from now is newcomer Tays with his laid-back single “Perfect Girl”. Introducing us to a contemporary pop production laced with a subtle bassline and warming touches, the rapper rides the beat with ease, before landing at the smooth sailing chorus.

Speaking on the release, the artist said, “‘Perfect Girl’ is about a young kid (me) who thinks he’s found his ideal girl but he’s living a hectic lifestyle and isn’t quite ready to settle down… I’m buzzing to finally have music out and this is just the start!”

Accompanying the release with a clean-cut video, the rising rapper introduces us to his friends while taking his love interest around the town for a late-night drive. With fellow Manchester star Aitch already showing his support, we think Tays is set for a huge 2022.
