Rollacoaster’s AW21 cover star, Jax Jones is known for many things. From crafting emotive lyrics to producing dance-worthy tracks, he has proved himself to be a star worthy of the name. And, when he unveiled his track “Phases”, which features the sweet vocals of songstress Sinead Harnett, from Pokémon 25: The Album, that title was only confirmed. Now, in a bid to continue on with his winning streak, Jax is giving us an exclusive insight into his creative process as he drops a BTS look at the making of the track’s music video.

From joking about taking the time to reply to emails to watching him and the delightful crew in action, Jax invites his loyal fans to take a look at the making of the glorious music videos. Featuring candid shots of the camera crew, meticulous fittings and, of course, the forever-adorable Pokémon characters hard at work, the footage works to make the original music video all the more impressive, as well as giving us a highly-sought-after look into the life and work of the South London-born multi-facet.

And, while Jax may have been joking at the end of the clip when he mocks, “acting debut, ya get me,” after watching this, we are pretty sure that the next stop on the talent’s career journey could be the hills of Hollywood.
