“I’ve always been a really avid reader from a young age and my mum, similarly, she’s probably read every book that’s ever been written. There’s something so special about falling in love with the world of a book, and the character within it, and then having the chance to bring that person to life. I feel so lucky that in my career so far I’ve been able to do that with Marianne and now with Kya.”
Daisy Edgar-Jones might be best known for her role as Marianne in Normal People, but that’s all about to change as the Golden Globe-nominated actor takes the lead as Kya in 2022’s Where the Crawdads Sing produced by Reese Witherspoon.
