It’s a rock calling Friday, and we can’t think of anyone better suited to spoil us than Rotterdam-born singer-songwriter Bruno Rocco. In a bid to settle our senses, Rocco has released new single “Blood Money” – the third official single of his upcoming record. Starting with crunching guitar lines, submersed within a deep base and punching beats, “Blood Money” continues to make waves in the industry, cutting through genre lines of classic rock and blues rock. In Rocco’s Springsteen-esque style, the single carves a new lane for the upcoming artist, and packs just enough punch to get a room full of heads bopping in anticipation for the release of Hard Times later this year.

Talking about the events which inspired the track, Bruno laments his personal experiences with the criminal underworld – creating a moving record which lyricises the lives of those who pursue drug-related businesses in a bid to chase money above all else.

With Rocco’s iconic gritty vocals in tow with his expertly-garnered skill for dark, relatable storytelling, the visual of Bruno Rocco’s silhouette encapsulates the internalisation of fear and the darkest sentiments of human nature.
