Channeling their eccentric energy into their thunderous new single is punk-rock group SURFBORT with “FML”. Boasting crashing guitar melodies and high-octane vocals, the group fiercely rides the jam-packed production, catching every riff and hook. While the song as boundless amounts of energy and finesse, the group touches an array of topics in the single, from extreme depression to loneliness.

“This video is about how deep depression and suicidal tendencies are extremely common and that you aren’t alone feeling so low,” Dani revealed. “There are ways to get through such a earth-shattering headspace. Mental health is so important. Being an artist and drug addict/alcoholic as well as being bipolar I have had many times in the past of suicidal ideation and so have our bandmates. I think it’s very common for so many people to feel so low in this society.”

Set to be a part of their new album Keep On Truckin’, which is scheduled to be released this October, the group are due to continue their journey through a plethora of emotions, touching on everything that has happened to them this past year. Also heading out on tour this winter, expect great things from the group in the coming months.
