The brand celebrates the release of their Luxury On Your Terms campaign with a the release of its interactive film series-based video.
When looking to celebrate their beautifully blended Luxury On Your Terms campaign, Zalando realised that an interactive film series-based video complete with decorated stars and creatives was the only way to go.
Calling on a dream team comprised of director Vincent Haycock, photographer Coco Capitán and seasoned stylist by Ib Kamara, the campaign boasts vibrant energy as a cinematic lens depicts scenes of hedonistic partying and intimate moments from within an opulent mansion. And, with actor Lachlan Watson at the helm of the campaign, dramatics are provided as the collection’s youthful assortment of designers garments are showcased.
“The Autumn/Winter designer campaign is part of the wider Zalando Designer expansion, which includes signing over 50 brands including Missoni, Christopher Kane and 032C amongst others as well as a new personalised Zalando Designer experience which aims to inspire the discovery of luxury and advanced contemporary brands in a dedicated online environment,” Anaheta Metghalchi von Berenberg, Buying Director Designer at Zalando comments. “With Zalando Designer, we want to champion positive change for our customers and industry, both through collaborations and creative content and by growing a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive designer assortment”.

What does Luxury on Your Terms mean to you?
To me, “Luxury on your terms” means bringing designer clothing, quality clothing to a whole new generation. It’s about feeling comfortable and confident in well-constructed clothing and ushering in a new era of inclusivity for fashion.
Why did Zalando Designer’s new campaign ‘Luxury on your terms’ appeal to you to be a part of?
I greatly admire what Zalando Designer is doing for fashion. It’s rare that you see a luxury campaign so effortlessly execute their goal of inclusion and diversity. I felt very at home in the message and my character in the series.
You play two characters – Leo and Liberty – in the campaign film, can you tell us a bit more about them?
Leo and Liberty are two sides of the same coin. Leo is down to earth, Liberty is up in the clouds. For me, I related to the Leo and Liberty dynamic because I think we all have that confident, elegant, luxurious alter ego living inside us somewhere. Liberty is a constant reminder to Leo that you should value yourself and your boundaries above all
How much is your style connected to your identity?
My style and my identity go hand in hand! One cannot change without the other changing with it. Clothes feel like a mood ring, always shifting in meaning and colour, but the shift always comes from within me. I’m so glad I got to show so many different facets of my style through this character and through this campaign.
