Even though the weekend is calling, the dreary weather and looming presence of autumn is making it a little hard to get into the party mood. But, fear not, as Swedish band Two Year Vacation is here to provide the feel-good energy with their latest track “Majored In Broken Hearts”.

Warm in nature, the track will transport you to the haze of summer days – despite the cloudy and chilly nature of the days ahead. With classic instrumentation and plucky guitars joining the pulsating beat of a brassy drum, the track’s pace and harmonious layers result in a joyous and dance-worthy sound. And, with the band’s ability to paint a vivid picture evident in the track’s story-like lyrics, it becomes all the more infectious.

But, while “Majored In Broken Hearts” is evidently setting the band on a path to success, this is not the only recent release of theirs that is worthy of note. Following on from the successful release of their debut album in 2019, the 5-piece ensemble released follow up album Laundry Day, which was met with widespread praise as it dominated the airwaves.
