Songs that are born out of emotional turmoil and lived experiences are usually the ones that hope to leave a lasting impact. And, with this in mind, singer-songwriter Bally Meeda and producer LCamz, aka collaborative duo Tears of Happiness, have looked into the depths of their past struggles in order to craft their new release, “Falling”.

An electro-pop anthem that features warped synths and a thumping bass, the project’s sounds are energetic and club-ready in nature. But, when contemplating the project’s lyrics, the themes of isolation, pain and sufferings rear their heads, allowing it to stand as an introspective ode to the pair’s past lives. And, with Bally’s commenting that his personal battle with addiction has lead him to the realisation that it is “the only prison where the locks are on the inside,” the track’s emotional depth is solidified.

Accompanied by an intimate music video that gives listeners a visual insight into the making of the track with scenes of the pair studio-bound along with an alluring female figure that is embroiled in a choreographed dance, the project becomes all the more enticing.
