From Capital FM’s airwaves to the Virgin Media BAFTA’s red carpet, Rollacoaster AW21 cover star Vick Hope has graced a plethora of iconic platforms to play the part of presenter over the years. Now, in a bid to continue on with her wildly successful career, the Newcastle-born personality has taken to Tokyo to join Channel 4’s 2020 Paralympic Games presenting team.
Broadcasting straight from the Izu’s Velodrome, Vick and her colleagues – including Clare Balding and Ade Adepitan – will be covering the sporting events currently commencing in the heart of Japan between the 24th August until the 5th September. And, with Channel 4 providing around the clock coverage of the coveted sporting event, with reporting being born out of London, Leeds and Tokyo, fans can tune in to enjoy Vick’s infectious energy and masterful commentary at any time.
And, with her trip to Tokyo coming just before the commencement of her role as co-host of BBC Radio 1’s infamous Drivetime show, in which she will step into the coveted shoes of Nick Grimshaw, it becomes evident that Vick and her rapidly evolving career are not planning on slowing down any time soon.
