Artist Curtis Walsh is here to brighten up your Wednesday with the release of the music video for his summery track, “Picture Perfect”. An ode to good times, the Irish artist has penned lyrics filled with spirit and a longing for freedom which hints towards the feelings felt by many as we looked towards a post-lockdown life. With infectiously warm production and Curtis’ haunting vocals guiding the track, it is made all the more special.

As for visuals, fans of the song can enjoy the grainy scenes of a band of friends taking to the beach and sun-soaked fields to enjoy a day of care-free adventuring which have been crafted by the seasoned director, Donnagh Fitzpatrick. Truly captivating and joy-invoking, the music video perfectly captures the positive attitude of the track itself.

“This song really meant a lot to me so I wanted to make sure the video really complemented the whole vibe of the song,” explains Curtis when speaking on his newest release. “It had to be uplifting and have a good happy energy to it. There was a little bit of back and forth on the ideas and treatment for this video, but quickly enough we got to a place where the song and video really linked nicely with each other! I was really impressed with the way it came together and can’t wait to see what everyone thinks!”
