For today’s ground-breaking display, the Grammy award-winning artist chose to finally offer us her debut stint in the world of publishing with the release of her photo book.

The eponymously named publication, which is laced with intimate moments from Billie’s childhood through to her whirlwind rise to stardom, is set to lift the veil of fame and reveal the young and charmingly normal woman that lies beneath her shimmering pop star exterior. Adorned with a picture of baby Billie Eilish, the cover teases an unfiltered insight into the singer’s life as it promises fans an inherently real look at their idol throughout the glossy pages that lie beneath.

Taking to IG today upon the book’s release, the “Your Power” singer said, “I handpicked each photo in this book and I’m so excited to share these special memories from my entire life with you. There are so many photos that you guys have never seen before, and this was such a labour of love to put together.”

With the book also sharing its release with a self-recorded audiobook that acts as a guide through its content, the affair is made all the most intimate. And, with breaking the internet and smashing recorded having become a habit of the singer’s as of late, it is clear that this endearing display is just one of many pioneering moves that we can expect from Billie this year, and we are very much here for it.
