The British visual artist brings his colourful illustrations to the world of the tech brand.
Now that we don’t have to rely on a weekly shop to stunt our post-lockdown wardrobe, it’s probably time we think about the rest of the package too. New bags, new shoes, jewellery and whatever else is nice, but what we’re thinking of is way more important, and actually, probably the ultimate form of expression – phone cases!
CASETiFY have long been the hotspot for any and all the best coats for our mobile devices, teaming up with The Louvre, Epic Games and rising streetwear favourites Carrots in recent months, but it’s their newest endeavour that we’re most obsessed with.
Introducing CASETiFY x David Shrigley, the Cheshire-born artist is 100% the perfect fit for such a monumental collaboration, having wowed us with his sensational graphics for over three decades now. Shrigley himself has been hard at work creating all kinds of satirical illustrations and custom graphic prints for the occasion, adopting slogans like “Fashion Is Stupid” (ouch!), “It’s all your fault”, and, our favourite – “Be Nice”, in over 10 colourful designs.
Many of the artworks are never-before-seen pieces by the artist, offered to customers in an array of customisable accessories including cases, ultra drop-proof canvasses, Apple Watch bands, wireless chargers and lightweight crossbody bags. And let’s be real, nothing says “hands off, bitch!” more than a CASETiFY x David Shrigley laptop case with the words “Don’t Touch My Stuff” emblazoned across the front.
Ranging from $40 – $199, the CASETiFY x David Shrigley collection goes on sale May 25th, with select designs premiering in CASETiFY Studio locations. Find out more here.
