This is not a drill! Billie Eilish has officially made her comeback. It has been a hot minute since the Grammy-award-winning singer dropped us some new music, but, that has all changed. Following on from a string of album teases and musical reveals last week, the singer has released the first official single from her highly-anticipated album Happier Than Ever.

Featuring Billie’s ethereal vocals and a chilling melody, “Your Power” offers a glimpse into the new phase of the “bad guy” singer’s career. Featuring self-directed visuals, which see Billie nestled amongst mountainous terrain as an anaconda wraps itself around her, the haunting message of the damaging effects of power abuse lies at the heart of the song’s lyrics.

The TL has been filled with outpourings of excitement this week after Billie surprised us with the unveiling of her upcoming album, and, the release of “Your Power” has only added fuel to the fire. Set for release on July 30th, the album’s title hints towards the unveiling of a new side to the singer and holds the promise of endless hits, introspective lyrics and Billie’s heavenly vocals. So, watch this space, as Happier Than Ever is shaping up to be one of Billie’s best offerings yet.
