The buzzy fashion label have teamed up with the iconic American heritage brand for a limited-edition capsule collection celebrating heritage.
With the Chinese New Year fast approaching, CLOT have just announced a brand new, limited-edition capsule collection with the ultimate American heritage brand – Polo Ralph Lauren.
Bridging the gap between East and West, the two fashion giants wanted to fuse their traditional, humble beginnings with a taste of the modern world, spoiling us for choice by combining CLOT’s signature Silk Royale print with Polo Ralph Lauren’s now-legendary pony motif on wares that span tops, bottoms and accessories.
The campaign features CLOT co-founder Edison Chen himself, in tribute to Polo Heritage ads from the ‘80s and ‘90s, giving the whole shebang a tasteful vintage feel in images shot by Kenneth Copello.
That’s not all though, the collection also boasts stylish twists on classic Polo shirts, Bayport Windbreakers and Chambray work shirts, all reimagined with frog button detailing and CLOT silk royale wooden panels. There’s even tie-dye sweatshirts, subliminal print tees and a particularly mesmerising Wool Toggle Varsity Jacket emblazoned with a detailed dragon chest patch.
