As the sun disappears earlier each night, it’s getting to that time of year where everyone decides to list things for no other reason than because it’s fun too. This brings us to Amazon Music UK’s year-end ‘Ones to Watch’ offering for 2021, which actually has the very valid purpose of spotlighting this country’s many emerging talents who deserve our love, streams and support.

“Our ‘Ones to Watch’ list is a snapshot of the new music landscape for the year ahead, and the genre-spanning artists that we believe are destined for great things,” says Chris Helsen, Head of Content Programming, Amazon Music UK. “Formulating the list is always exciting, but each year the quality of emerging artists seems to get better and better. Supporting new talent is something Amazon Music are particularly passionate about so we can’t wait to introduce these artists to even more fans through our playlists, stations and more.”

The list is neither exhaustive or exclusive, but merely a snapshot of our times. Featuring 25 incredible acts, we have Wonderland cover star and Coventry-helmed artist Pa Salieu, Wonderlist favourites such as Ivorian Doll and Olivia Dean, Alfie Templeman, Baby Queen, Biig Piig, Bree Runway, Griff, Holly Humberstone, JOESEF, and a good few more, all handpicked by the UK Amazon Music Programming Team as destined for big things in the new year.
