There’s nothing like a little sheer escapism right now, and here, serving it up in the bucket loads is the raw dulcet tones coming from Yianna, with her new track “When I’m Loving You”, accompanied by undeniably romantic visuals.

The New York-based singer-songwriter uses her impressive vocal range – all searing low tones and swooning highs – to build a sumptuous song detailing those heart-palpitating beginnings of a new relationship: “I find it hard to breathe / Can’t find the words to speak.”

And the music video is an intimate 90s prom, where teen romance gets the spotlight, students swaying in a slow dance with each other at the end of the night.
