What started as an idea at a fitness camp, has now turned into a global brand with the statement hats being sold in over 30 countries. Founded 2018, is the exclusive Swedish fashion brand created by a former investment banker, John Carlstrom and race car driver Mats “MK” Karlsson. Inspired by the classic trucker cap, John Hatter & Co takes some of the world’s iconic quotes and phrases and prints them on vintage embossed license plates.

But having an idea and making it into a reality isn’t as easy as it sounds, John Carlstrom types out over email: “I mean, I was from the finance industry so what the hell did I know about the fashion world? My friends were laughing at me and telling me it would never work because of my background, but then I went on to sell hats online and in stores – it’s amazing really.”

With the brand getting co-signs from the trucker hat queen Paris Hilton and selling hats in 120 stores worldwide, John Hatter & Co show no signs of slowing down.
