Take every preconceived notion you’ve ever had about what sustainable fashion is supposed to look like – and forget it right now. British designer Lydia Bolton has long been tearing up the rulebook, making a name for herself crafting boundary-pushing pieces out of unwanted, second-hand textiles.
And now the designer has teamed up with NICCE for the first time on a sustainable collection for the SS20 season – re-imagining pieces from previous seasons from the contemporary lifestyle brand.
Tracksuits, jackets, t-shirts, minidresses and skirts flutter into new form, stamped with Bolton’s signature ruching and pleating techniques.
One-off tops including long-sleeved and cropped panelled designs created by Bolton as part of the project will be available to buy at nicceclothing.com from 11th March. Prices from £50.00.
