LFW: ASHISH

Groovy swirls, zebra and chintzy dogtooth: the designer brought 1960s glamour to LFW.

Just like rain is always bound to be on the agenda come February-time in London, show-goers can always count on Ashish to bring some rainbow-hued glimmer to elevate moods and lift spirits. And the London-designer brought it big-time for his blinding AW20 offering.

Loud, fuck-it prints dominated, with groovy swirls, bustling garden prints, chintzy dogtooth, leopard and zebra sprayed an abundance of sequin disco-style reflections all over the runway.

As usual, the designer blurred the lines between sports, glamour and couture with 1960s glamour shimmering through the collection with an exclamation mark. Sweeping beehives, retro collared halternecks, and cutesy mod minis have us ready to party until the weather takes a turn for the better. Dress for the mood you want, right?
