The weather has taken a sharp nosedive. And we’ve pretty much gotten used to living in a state of perpetual pitch-black darkness. So if you’re in need of a direct mood injection, one viewing of Lizzo’s much-anticipated visuals for her well-loved track “Good As Hell” doubles as a 24-hour blast of sunshine. Kind of. Something like that.

The musician heads to Louisiana’s Southern University, where the marching students are struggling to maintain concentration, and one student in particular is downcast after a breakup.

Enter Lizzo, who gives them all a much-needed twerk and flute-related boost. How could we not stan?
