The season for constant cocktails on sunny London rooftops may be almost over, but the time to devour passionfruit pornstar martinis is not. From the 6th-8th September, Passoã will be giving away 100 of the delicious drinks for free at different bars around London.
From Camden to Soho to Fulham – wherever your preferred pocket of the capital for the highest-selling cocktail in the UK – you’ll be able to celebrate Passoã’s Porn Star Martini Day at any of the fourteen different watering holes.

You will need:
40ml Passoã (the passion fruit liqueur is a key ingredient!)
40ml vodka
10ml vanilla syrup
10ml lime juice
1 passion fruit
A shot of prosecco (or champagne, if you’re feeling really classy)
Method:
1. In a shaker filled with ice, add the Passoã, vodka, vanilla syrup, lime juice and the pulp of half a passion fruit.
2. Give it a good shake!
3. Strain and serve in a fancy pre-chilled glass, and decorate with the other half of the passion fruit (for nibbling on later).
4. Follow with the shot of prosecco or champagne.
