For SS20, Stefan Cooke delivered high drama with his aptly named “Drama Major” collection, inspired by NYU’s creative communities and off-Broadway arts scene, with a runway that resembled a domestic theatre set and costume-inspired looks.

As their first season with a NEWGEN sponsorship, Cooke and his partner Jake Burt took their exquisite craftsmanship and innovative design to a new level. Highlights included corsetry and hand-tied tulle details, cut-out knitted vests, printed jackets and feminine tailoring, accessorised with chunky Alice bands, gemstone cross-body bags and bedazzled perspex sunglasses.

Once again, Stefan Cooke came through with a collection that embodies pure escapism but remains entirely functional at the same time. Catch us cutting diamonds into all of our knitwear come September…
