Ariana Grande has been announced as the headliner for this year’s Manchester Pride concert. The singer announced that she will join the likes of Years & Years, Lady Leshurr, Basement Jaxx and more for the concert at Mayfield in August, to the delight of her fans.

This news marks the next chapter in a significant relationship between Grande and the city, following the terrorist attacks that happened during her concert in the Manchester Arena in May 2017. The singer returned to Manchester to perform in the One Love concert later that year, to the delight of her fans in the city and further afield. The news that she will return will be sure to delight, especially considering the fact that the singer has “something a little more special” planned for the city.
