Curated by Head Chefs Peter del Campo and Mariano Russo, its all-day dining menu pays homage to the restaurant’s heritage, by reinstating the favourite dishes of Blakes Hotel founder Anouska Hempel.

From exotic options like rabbit ragu tagliatelle with girolles and chargrilled octopus with tomato relish, purple potato and lime, to lighter dishes such as Cauliflower Steak served with Salsa Verde, Tahini and Tumeric, all options are seasonal and made from the highest quality ingredients.
