PREMIERE: JORDAN MAX – “ME, MARY & MY GUITAR”

Reverberating soul gets motorcycle diaries visuals in the Oldham singer’s new track.

Tours with superstar Jorja Smith and features on global TV phenomenons such as Game of Thrones – not usually credits you’d expect to see accompanying a relatively new artist. But hey, word spreads like wildfire.

And Oldham-hailed soul singer Jordan Max is racking up major views due to his gritty but catchy tunes, populated with reverberating percussion and caramel-smooth vocals. The woozy drawl of his latest single, “Me, Mary & My Guitar”, lends itself perfectly to its Motorcycle Diaries road trip-centric visuals.

“Holding no grudges after my bad relationship,” Max explains about the track. “I put all that feeling into my lyrics and painted an honest picture. Now all that’s left is me, Mary and my guitar.”

“Me, Mary & My Guitar” is taken from the EP “Tales of Us”,  which will be released 9 November.
