SUPREME AW17

The skate fave returns with a high class line-up.

First there were cotton tees, printed denim and brightly coloured puffer jackets: then came a branded brick. Now for its latest offering, skatewear heavyweight Supreme has dipped its feet into territory usually reserved for the likes of John Lewis, Asda and your local takeaway, as utensils (read: chopsticks) get a release – red, white and fully branded, obvs.

Elsewhere accompanying the brand’s latest collection is a new short from director Ben Solomon, which sees the iconic logo cut into a crop field in perhaps its most stunning form yet. Maybe; make up your mind here.

As for the physical line-up, which drops, in true Supreme tradition, in London, New York, LA and Paris this Thursday (followed by Japan on the 19th and online on the 24th), AW17 is comprised of 28 looks: Wonderland’s highlights displayed here.

Boasting brand faves like busy prints (note the return of leopard, tartan and dollar bills), zip fastenings and bright coloured trousers, the real eye catcher, in this camp at least, is a baby pink button up leather jacket. A proper example of Supreme’s excellently warped take on aesthetics. Gimme.
