Premiere: Pale Grey – "Billy"

Finally ready to resurface.

Finally taking a breath of fresh air – Pale Grey are the Belgian trio that have been tucked away in their studio for more than a year. Taking the time to perfect their forthcoming EP “Ghosts”, the band have an experimental and electronica sound that is worth the wait. Acting as the perfect musical complement, Pale Grey will be supporting Electric Guest on a European tour later this year. They are sure to see a growing fanbase and many broken hearts – get involved.

“‘Billy’ depicts the portrait of a lost boy who will have to fight to find his own way by bringing into the light the gold he has in his hands,” says Pale Grey (almost poetically) of their latest release. “As the symbol of a contemporary youth. A youth full of potential but in which a embittered world forgets too often to trust.” The first release from the band’s forthcoming “Ghosts” EP, the track is the ultimate dream-pop experience and will have your senses tingly. With icy synths, otherworldly vocals and a smooth production, “Billy” is a track worth listening to.
