LFWM: Katie Eary AW17

Katie Eary naturally goes bold for her AW17 collection.

Striking Seventies

Undeniably a lover of brilliantly bold prints, Katie Eary appears to have looked upon classic 70s deco as inspiration for her AW17 collection, following on from similar prints that we got a taste of as part of her SS17 collection. Eary said that for AW17, she was influenced by publisher and Soho club-owner and property developer Paul Raymond, so it comes as no surprise that pieces included a sensually-cut silk skin-hugging dress (gorgeously worn by Daisy Lowe) and striking silk bathrobes (as gorgeously worn by Kit Butler).

Burning Bright

Autumnal hues appear to be the palette of choice for Eary’s latest offering. With every shade orange on offer and some plush purples to go alongside them, the bold collection is certainly one that will get you noticed throughout Autumn/Winter. Further enhancing the seventies vibe, the colours manifested in printed shirts and trousers with pieces for both men and women. And as for the colourful lizard print – we love it!

Darling Daisy

She may have hung up her dancing shoes but Daisy Lowe slipped these killer heels on instead as she once again returns to the runway – and we couldn’t be happier. Oozing sensuality and looking every part the 70s Soho seductress, Daisy worked two looks: the aforementioned silk skin-hugging dress and a dreamy printed robe-come-coat.
