The Collaborative Store

Nestled away in Marylebone is brand new concept space The Collaborative Store.

After two incredibly successful pop-up shops in Shoreditch, The Collaborative Store has finally set up in a permanent home on Blandford Street, Marylebone. Decorated in a modern minimalist style, The Collaborative Store is your brand new concept store destination for brands, art and furniture influenced by culture above trends.

Founder Elena Todary, who is also the director of FL Agency and stocked label AV London said “The Collaborative Store is very close to my heart. The concept came out of my professional and life experiences, personal vision and desires, what I would want to see and buy when shopping for myself, a carefully curated retail oasis that I would want to keep popping back to… At our flagship in Marylebone, I tried to create a full rounded offer from fashion and accessories to dress yourself to home accessories, furniture and art to dress your home. The aim is to cultivate our vision of effortless life style and present a culturally relevant experience influenced by the flow of culture rather than the trends of the industry.”

As the name suggests, The Collaborative Store concept revolves around collaboration and partnership; Todary said “We work together with all our creators and designers when making selections for the store, run and organise themed workshops.” The store itself is a conceptual space, with a minimalist, contemporary interior: think oyster-white washed floors, chrome rails, Matiere Grise and Jennifer Newman furniture, industrial chains and a skylight. It’s a cultural and contemporary minimalist heaven.

Full of niche, independent labels, such as AV London, D.Efect, Arela Mens, Matiere Gris, Anna Laurini and Eiger Gallery, The Collaborative Store’s main focus is “on delivering and sourcing beautiful independent, established, rising and niche designers and artists” says Todary, “all united by their passion for detail, lasting quality, contemporary clean design, timeless and considered/conscience products and authentic stories. The idea is to bring a carefully curated authentic selection in fashion, accessories, homeware and even art.” The Collaborative Store has got everything.
