Tayla – “Call Me Danger”

Time to meet your new obsession. Tayla, originally from Birmingham, has dropped her debut single “Call Me Danger”. With delicious ‘90s R&B vibes and supreme confidence, this is an anthem for people who just don’t care. As first impressions go, Tayla nailed it.

KLOE – “Liability”

KLOE has been so consistently amazing that we’re perilously close to running out of superlatives. “Liability”, the follow-up “UDSM”, is a pounding ode to teenage partying. The video, directed by Tash Tung, is part two of a two part narrative that depicts a real life scenario KLOE experienced when she was 18. Bewilderingly talented, there’s a satisfying inevitability about her rise to superstardom.

Tsar B – “Swim”

Lifted from her self-titled debut EP, “Swim” is the latest enchanting track from Belgium’s Tsar B. Creating a soundscape entirely of her own, equal parts dark and sensual. “Swim” boasts an expansive production that lures you in with that divine vocal. “Tsar B” is released on 26 August.

Lester Fitzpatrick – “Galaxy”

Lester Fitzpatrick has been producing tracks with a sense of urgency for over 25 years. A legend from the Southside of Chicago, Lester has earned the title “King Les”. “Galaxy”, with its pounding and unrelenting beat, is house at its finest. The track never lets up, locking you into a heady frenzy – a collision of jacking, disco and techno. Lester Fitzpatrick will release his “Chi House” EP next month on Dave Maclean’s (Django Django) Kick + Clap label.

Tough Love – “Like I Can” Ft. Karen Harding

Tough Love has called in Karen Harding for their new single “Like I Can”. A summer house anthem, the duo channel old school clubland vibes through a contemporary prism. The release of “Like I Can” kicks off the celebrations to mark the London-based duo’s fifth year as Tough Love which culminates with a special event at their Get Twisted night at Egg on 2 September.

Frank Gamble – “Heart Speaks”

Faceless production force Frank Gamble has been making waves ever since they dropped their debut track “Myths”. They’ve now returned with new single “Heart Speaks”, a blistering tale about losing sight of why you love someone. Building to a killer chorus, “Heart Speaks” is a pop masterclass. “Heart Speaks” is out now and released by PMR Records.

Cadenza – “People” feat. Jorja Smith & Dre Island

Cadenza takes no prisoners on new single “People”. Featuring his typically bombastic production, a fiery verse from Dre Island and the beautiful vocals of Jorja Smith – Cadenza is mobing jungle in exciting new directions. Cadenza will be performing at the Notting Hill Carnival at The Full Hundred party on 29 August.

Sultan Shakes – “Interstellar Love”

“Interstellar Love” is the cosmic new track from Sultan Shakes. Seemingly at home in some disco in an distant galaxy, “Interstellar Love” is psychedelic jam and the first release on London collective REVIVEHER’s new record label.

Ava Lily – “Painkiller”

Ava Lily is a 23-year-old singer/songwriter with a distinctive soulful voice. Rich and warm, Ava’s Lily’s expressive tone is completely enrapturing. Of the track, Ava said: “The whole song is very self-destructive and basically me thinking I’m hurting loads of people but in reality I’m just hurting myself.” “Painkiller” is taken from her forthcoming EP.

JAQ – “Blue Treacle (Original Mix)”

“Blue Treacle” is the phenomenal debut from 23-year-old Bristol based producer JAQ. Rooted in a deep house groove, “Blue Treacle” mixes layer upon layer of percussion with stabbing synths. Discussing the track, JAQ said: “I’d been writing a lot of laid back, chilled out tunes, and wanted to create something a bit different and more upbeat ready for summer. I formed the basis of the track in my head and produced it in my studio, and loved the energy of the multiple builds and releases throughout the track.”

SLO – “Atone” Ft. Bearcubs

SLO (previously Jess Mills) has returned with new track “Atone”. Featuring Bearcubs, “Atone is lifted from her second EP. With a devastatingly haunting vocal, this track is going to stay with you – an elegant blend of minimal electronica and pop. “Atone” is released on 9 September.

Dom Zilla – “Tonight”

Dom Zilla has shared the Bex Aston directed visuals for “Tonight”. Lifted from his sophomore “ii” EP, Dom has staked a claim to being one of the most exciting names in electronica. His music has a depth and scope that others lack, a world away from his early days making beats in his bedroom. “ii” is out now.
