Back in 2014, Washington based singer-songwriter Young Summer (not a rapper, despite her name) began making  a profile for herself with hook-laden, synthy goodness that successfully caught the attention of the ever watchful internet. Then she went off the radar for a little while before surfacing this year with a slew of dynamite new releases. First she dropped a modern ballad of unrequited love in the form of “Alright”, then came the jazz-tainted, lyrically powerful “Paused Parade”. Both of those numbers were taken from Young Summer’s upcoming EP – which we’re eagerly awaiting, obviously, in no small part thanks to the fact that industry veteran Aqualung’s co-penned some the tracks – and now we’re proud to be premiering the third single from the record: “Fallout”.

A heartfelt slice of beautifully textured pop, “Fallout” is sure to be reverberating around your headspace for the rest of the week with its insanely catchy vibes: enjoy.
