Tod's AW16 Campaign

Rising acting talent Jack Huston is set to become the face of Tod’s this autumn.

While we love a creative, avant-garde ad campaign, we also love a dreamboat, so Tod’s have got us covered this AW16.

Announced today as the star of the Italian brand’s autumn campaign is actor Jack Huston, who we’re all already going to be in love with after the August release of the summer’s must-see blockbuster Ben-Hur. Grandson of Hollywood titan John Huston, who directed 37 films, most of which are now considered classics (Moby Dick, The Misfits, The Asphalt Jungle), it seems cinematic talents run in the family. Pinned as the “Rising Star of The Year” by CinemaCon, you’ll be able to watch Huston in We Happy Few and The Yellow Bird, both also out this year.

With Italian heritage himself, Huston flew to meet British photographer Tom Craig in Italy to create the campaign. “I love the food, culture and people in Italy,” said Huston of the country. “I spent six months filming there last year and my family all fell in love. I’d love to end up in Italy rather soon and call it home. It’s magical.”

The series of images captures him enjoying the “Italian lifestyle”, which by the looks of it, is pretty great. “I love Tod’s products, they’re outstanding and it has been a pleasure to work with them,” Huston said, and judging by his million dollar smile in every pic (we rejoice when we see a model doing anything but pouting) we might need to get ourselves a pair sometime soon.

The international Tod’s Men’s campaign debuts worldwide from September 2016.
